General Information
Exhibits must be placed from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., on the Friday before the Saturday show.
Judging will begin Friday evening at 7:00 p.m.
Exhibitors can exhibit only in projects enrolled in this year. Only one premium will be paid to an exhibitor in any one entry number. The maximum number of entries an exhibitor may enter is 20. List entries only as listed on the entry blank. Entrants may only enter in their own age category.
Premium money will be paid the day of the show. Please pick it up that day. Premiums will be paid on the Danish System. No premiums will be paid on inferior articles.
Entries may be picked up at 4:00 p.m.. We will not be responsible after 4:00 p.m. Use the entry forms provided on this site or in the premium book. All entry forms must be in the hands of the superintendents at least 15 days prior to the event. Keep these entries separated from livestock and open household exhibits.

All pictures and slides must be made during the current year. All pictures in one lot number must be mounted on one piece of sturdy cardboard, about 11″ x 14″. Write a title for each entry or a caption for each individual picture. Judging criteria will include entire presentation, not just photos. Also include type of camera used and film speed, if film is used.
