Thank you for entering. Please notice the entry deadline for the Household Exhibits. All completed entry forms must be postmarked by Tuesday September 9. No exceptions! Due to the volume of record keeping and filling out hundreds of entry tags, late entries cannot be accepted. Please keep these entries separate from other exhibits (4-H-Youth and Livestock).
US Mail entries should be mailed to the superintendent when the form is completed.
Please try to have entries listed on entry form in CLASS and NUMERICAL ORDER (for example, Class 1 – Foods, No. 1 – White Bread; No. 2 – Dark Bread; Class 2 – Canning, No. 1 -Applesauce; No. 5 – Pears, etc; Class 3 – No. 1, No.2, Class 6,etc) PLEASE include name/address labels with your entry form to save writing time. Be sure the name label will fit into tags. You should contact the exhibit superintendent if you have any questions.

Entries should be postmarked NO LATER THAN September 9. Entries after the deadline can be hand-delivered to the superintendent up to 2 days after the deadline.
A single entry fee of $3.00 should be included with your entry form.
MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO:“VIOLA HORSE & COLT SHOW.”
Only one entry per person in any one entry number, but several entries may be on one entry form. Please try to have them in numerical order.
There will be no articles accepted and no prizes awarded except the ones listed in the premium book under Household Exhibits, Open Department.
No articles will be accepted that have been entered here before.
Premiums of $2.00, $1.00 and $.50 will be paid in each class.
All exhibits must be brought to the Community Building on Friday of the show from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. No entries will be accepted on Saturday.
Entries may be removed at 4:00 p.m. the day of the show Saturday).
Premium money will be paid when entries are picked up. Please pick them up between 4:00 and 4:30 pm. on the day of the show. Anything left after 4:30 is there at your own risk.
Open Department, Household, is for youth as well as adults. Living within the Kickapoo School District is not a requirement for exhibitors.
