FREE ADMISSION TO EVERYONE!
All exhibits must be in place by 9:00 am. on Thursday of the show except the Girls and Household Exhibits which must be placed Friday (see hours on Boys & Girls and Household Exhibits pages).
All premiums will be paid in cash the day of the show. Please pick up your premium money before leaving.
Entries may be withdrawn by 4:00 p.m.
All premium money must be refunded if entries are removed before 3:00 p.m. except upon permission of the department superintendent.
Use the entry blanks provided on this site and mail or deliver them to the proper department superintendent.
There will be no entry fees or stall rent, except for saddle horses and ponies.
All exhibitors must furnish their own feed and bedding.
No premiums will be paid on inferior articles or animals.
The Viola Horse and Colt Show, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibit but will endeavor to prevent such loss or damage.
Judging will be done by men and women that are capable and expert in their respective fields.
