The Horse & Colt Show will have a Ranch Rodeo and Shoot-out Penning competition this year. Both events are held on Saturday of the Horse & Colt Show. This year’s event will have an additional $2,000 added to the prize pool.
Location: Bud Wheeler Arena, Viola, WI
Ranch Rodeo starts at approximately 6pm. The Shoot-out Penning event will follow.
Ranch Rodeo events include
– Trailer Loading
– Branding
– Sort and Pen
Ranch Rodeo Rules:
- 4-person teams
- Enter up to 4 times
- $120 per team
- 50% payback
- 40 team limit
- Payout in each event and average
Shoot-Out Penning
- $75 per team
- 10 team limit
- 80% payback
- Payouts based on 10 teams: 1st – $360, 2nd-$240 (actual payouts may vary)
- $5 office fee per person
