PLEASE USE SEPARATE ENTRY FORM FOR EACH DEPARTMENT; that is, use one blank for Junior Livestock Dept., Boys and Girls Exhibits Dept., and Household Dept. When completed, use the “Submit” button at the end of the form to have you completed form emailed to the show superintendent. Entries must be submitted by deadline stated in that department’s section.
Please describe each entry exactly as in the premium list. Be sure to give department, division or class, and number correctly.
Alternatively, if you prefer to print and mail the form using the U.S. Post Office, use this button to show the correct form.
In any case, once the form is submitted, you must remit the appropriate entrance fee via check or cash following the directions provided by each department superintendent.
