The Arts and Crafts Fair runs in conjunction with the Viola Horse & Colt Show.
DATE: Saturday of the show
TIME: 8:00 am. – 5:00 p.m.
LOCATION: W. Commercial Street, across from Banker Park
PARTICIPATION: Artists and Craftsmen. Exhibits may be sold. No commission charged. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entries. Original work only, please.
EXHIBITION: Each exhibitor is responsible for preparing, exhibiting and removal of work. Ten feet of display area is allotted each exhibitor. Exhibitor is responsible for bringing their own canopy or tent. All exhibitors will register at the registration desk before setting up. Set-up must be by 8:00 a.m.
FEE: A non-refundable fee of $20 will be charged.
LOSS AND DAMAGE: We are not liable for any loss or damage.
REGISTRATION: Advance registration by September 1, is encouraged. Please send entry form and a check (make check to Viola Horse and Colt Show) for appropriate fee to:
